🔒 eTroBiz Product Warranty

📝 Introduction

This article explains the warranty coverage for products purchased from etrobiz.com.

All goods dispatched from our warehouse are quality-checked before shipping, including:

  • Visual inspection

  • Hardware and software function testing

  • Packaging verification

  • Ensuring correct accessories and adapters are included

We are committed to open, prompt, and respectful communication with all customers in case of any product issue.

⚠️ If you encounter a problem, please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your credit card provider. In most cases, we can resolve your issue quickly.


📦 What Does the eTroBiz Warranty Cover?

The warranty applies to products that:

  • Arrive with a manufacturing defect, or

  • Develop an internal fault under normal usage (not due to misuse or physical damage)

In such cases, contact us. We’ll coordinate with the supplier who may arrange for a repair or replacement/refund.


❌ What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not include:

  • Technical support for installation or usage

  • Product configuration assistance or software issues

  • Compatibility advice or connection help

  • Software/OS updates or firmware flashing (this voids the warranty)

  • Diagnostic help or troubleshooting guidance


🛠️ Repair-Based Warranty

By default, the eTroBiz warranty provides:

  • Free repair of the faulty product by the supplier

  • Free return shipping after the repair is completed

If repair is not possible or would take too long, an equivalent product will be offered.


📆 Warranty Period: 3 Months

The warranty period starts on the day the product is received by the initial recipient:

  • For resellers, this means the date the goods are received from eTroBiz.

  • The coverage lasts exactly 3 months from that day.

If tracking confirmation is unavailable, the warranty period is assumed to start 30 days after shipment.

❗ If the returned item is found to be functional, no refund is given. eTroBiz may apply a restocking feeat its discretion.


🛑 Warranty Limitations & Non-Eligible Cases

You are not eligible for compensation or returns in the following situations:

  • Return was not approved or did not follow RMA procedure

  • Warranty period has expired

  • Product damaged due to poor packaging when returned

  • Product tested and confirmed to be functional

  • Product damaged by customer misuse, neglect, or accident

  • Functional but unwanted product returns

  • Product ordered incorrectly (wrong version, color, size, etc.)

The customer is solely responsible for choosing the right product, including:

  • Memory/storage capacity

  • Features or specs

  • Color or garment size

  • Screen size, touchscreen type

  • TV format (DVB-T, ATSC, ISDB-T)

  • GSM band, NTSC/PAL format

  • Software version

We ship exactly what is ordered. Please read product descriptions carefully.


📦 Delivery Refusals & Failed Shipments

If the recipient refuses or fails to accept delivery due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to pay customs or taxes

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Refusal without valid reason

… eTroBiz is not liable, and no refund will be issued.
