Do You Offer a Warranty?
Yes! At eTroBiz, we stand behind the quality of our products.
We source only from trusted US and China manufacturers, and every item is thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control (QC) engineers in our warehouses before shipment. This includes:
- Functionality testing
- Appearance checks
- Accessory and adapter verification based on your shipping country
⚠️ Note: For region-specific items (e.g., PAL/NTSC, GSM bands, digital TV compatibility), you are responsible for ordering the correct version. We will ship exactly what you selected.
Warranty Coverage
All products come with a 90-day warranty from the date you receive your item. If your delivery does not include a confirmed receipt date, the warranty will begin 30 days from the shipment date.
If a manufacturing fault develops, you may return the item to us for testing and free repair.
🔁 Do not return items without prior approval from eTroBiz Customer Support. Unauthorized returns will not be covered under warranty.
Warranty Exceptions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Products not purchased from eTroBiz
- Damage due to misuse, drops, improper installation, or general wear and tear
- Physical tampering (e.g., opening the device, flashing firmware)
- Accessories (covered under separate terms)
- Projector lamps, which are covered based on usage hours
- RC toys broken during use, or internal batteries beyond our battery warranty limit
