🛒 How to Cancel Unpaid Orders

There’s no need to contact us to cancel orders that have not been paid. These orders will automatically expire after a certain period.

If you wish to remove unpaid orders manually, you can do so by clicking the cancellation option in your order dashboard.

Unpaid orders serve as pro forma invoices or quotes and do not enter our fulfillment process until payment is received.

✅ Only paid orders are processed and shipped.


🔄 How to Cancel Paid or Processing Orders

If you've already paid for your order but wish to cancel, you must request cancellation before the order status changes to "Processing."

To cancel a paid order:

  1. Check your order status:
    Visit your account: https://www.etrobiz.com/login?back=my-account

  2. Send a cancellation request:
    Contact us via email or support ticket. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear reason for the cancellation

  3. We’ll review your request.
    Cancellations during "Processing" status must be properly justified and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


🚫 When Is It Too Late to Cancel a Paid Order?

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number is issued, cancellation is no longer possible.

🔎 If you see "Order is Sent Out" in your account, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.


💸 Restocking Fees May Apply

While we try to be flexible, in certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied to cancelled paid orders, especially if the item is already being processed in our warehouse.

Possible reasons for a restocking fee include:

  • Cancellation of large orders (e.g., above $1,000 USD)

  • Cancelling multiple orders within the same month

  • Cancelling orders already in “Processing” (packing, QA, handling)

  • Cancelling after the warehouse has incurred packaging/labor costs


💳 How Are Refunds Issued for Cancelled Orders?

  • Default refund method: Credit to your eTroBiz store account for future purchases.

  • PayPal refunds: May be considered in special cases (please contact support).

  • Credit Card refunds: Exceptional and at our discretion (contact support).

  • Bank Transfer refunds: Not supported. A store credit will be issued instead.
