📝 Who Can Open a Wholesale Account and Place Orders on eTroBiz?
At eTroBiz, anyone over the age of 18 whether a company or an individual can create a wholesale buyer accountor individual account and place orders. All registered users enjoy the same terms and benefits.
🔒 Note: eTroBiz is an export-only shop. We do not ship to addresses within Mainland China.
✅ Registration Requirements
To register for an account, customers must provide:

Full and accurate personal or business information

A real name (pseudonyms are not accepted)

A valid phone number (used for order verification or delivery issues)
For company accounts, a named individual must still be listed on both the billing and shipping addresses.
📌 We highly recommend using the same details for your account and payment method to avoid delays—especially for first-time orders.
For dropshippers: To speed up verification, we recommend your first order be shipped to your own billing address.
📜 Obligations of Registered Customers
By registering, customers acknowledge and agree to the eTroBiz Terms and Conditions.

You are not obligated to place any orders
⚠️ However, you are responsible for complying with any import duties, taxes, or regulations in your country.
📦 Order Quantity Guidelines

No Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) on most products

We can handle large-scale wholesale or factory-level orders
📌 For orders over 100 units, we recommend ordering samples first
For orders over 200 units, request a custom quotation through our support ticket system
❌ When Orders May Be Rejected
eTroBiz reserves the right to cancel any order or account under the following conditions:

🚫 Unauthorized dropshipping, especially if the shipping address differs significantly from the billing address

❌ Suspicious or fraudulent activity, including attempts to ship to high-risk regions

❗ Incomplete delivery information (e.g., PO boxes, missing phone numbers, or required tax IDs)

🔍 Unverified payments, especially on large first-time orders

🚫 Open PayPal disputes, chargebacks, or prior order cancellations

🛑 Continued PayPal use after being asked to use another payment method (e.g., bank transfer)

🔁 Attempts to bypass cancellations by creating new accounts

❗ Abuse or inappropriate communication with staff or misuse of site features (e.g., review sections, blogs)
If an order is canceled before processing, we will make every effort to promptly refund the full payment.
